Job Description
The Staff Full Stack Software Engineer at Celonis will lead the design and development of scalable software solutions across both frontend and backend systems, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that enhance operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- •Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable software solutions across the stack.
- •Develop technical vision for product areas and write complex strategic features.
- •Solve long-standing problems across the tech stack.
- •Lead groups of engineers and mentor teammates.
- •Design and implement large, complex new features.
- •Drive application performance improvements for big data.
- •Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- •Write clean, understandable, and testable code.
- •Build, launch, and maintain features in production.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- •10 years of experience in frontend server development, including Frontend Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SCSS, and Server Java, NodeJS.
- •Experience leading and delivering large projects involving multiple engineers, product managers, and UXers.
- •Proven ability to gather alignment across varied stakeholders.
- •Significant software design expertise.
- •Formal or informal leadership over other engineers.
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills.
