Job Description
A Staff Full Stack Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and leading scalable software solutions across the frontend and backend, with a focus on innovation, performance, and technical leadership within a dynamic SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-quality software solutions across the full technology stack
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex features and projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor and guide engineering team members to adopt best practices and improve skills
- Drive application performance improvements, especially for big data
- Contribute to core architecture, components, and technical vision of the product
- Participate in product discussions, influence roadmaps, and enhance user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in frontend server development, e.g., Frontend Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, Server Java, NodeJS
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large projects involving multiple engineers, product managers, and UX designers
- Significant software design expertise
- Formal or informal leadership over other engineers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to gather alignment across varied stakeholders
- Experience writing clean, understandable, and testable code
- Experience developing and maintaining features in production environments
- Ability to design and implement large, complex new features
- Experience leading projects with varied frontend and server technologies and architectures
- Ability to develop technical vision for whole areas of the product
- Experience solving long-standing deep problems across the tech stack
- Ability to influence product roadmaps and user experience through active participation in product discussions
- Ability to contribute to and extend core architecture and components
- Experience driving application performance improvements for big data
- Ability to recognize and take action to improve the developer work environment
- Ability to build, launch, and maintain features in production
