Job Description
The role involves leading product marketing strategies for Celonis' solutions across various domains and industries, focusing on positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, and enabling sales efforts to drive awareness, demand, and revenue in a rapidly evolving AI-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies for solutions across domains, industries, and initiatives.
- Create and deliver marketing assets such as pitch decks, demos, presentations, and analyst briefings.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies, supporting enablement and sales execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns, content, events, and experiences that generate demand.
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and engage with sales to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
- Act as a thought leader through speaking engagements, media appearances, and industry events.
- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Marketing managers, acting as the CMO for their respective areas.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in enterprise software product marketing, product management, and/or sales.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for mastering and navigating complex market dynamics.
- Technical background and depth to understand the platform and translate its value.
- Superb presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work at both a strategic conceptual level as well as detail-oriented action and execution.
- A logical and analytical mind, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideas.
- A strong sense of leadership and ownership for initiatives, projects, and team.
- The agility and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- A consistent track record of delivering measurable results.
