Job Description
A Frontend Engineer role focused on designing and implementing scalable, high-performance web features for Celonis's Process Intelligence Platform, utilizing modern frameworks like Angular and TypeScript, and contributing to innovative process observability solutions across organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement large-scale, complex frontend features that are scalable across the organization.
- Make architectural and initiative proposals for the platform and collaborate with engineering teams on implementation.
- Take ownership of product discussions and contribute to shaping the product roadmap.
- Improve the developer work environment and mentor teammates.
- Write clean, testable, and understandable code to build, launch, and maintain features in production.
- Share knowledge across teams to have a cross-organizational impact.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience designing and building frontend web applications with a modern web framework Angular preferred
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience with HTML5 and SCSS
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving large, complex projects
- Expertise in optimizing and enhancing the performance of large-scale applications
- Deep understanding of architectural design and its impact on large-scale applications
- Strong communication skills allowing collaboration across business and technical domains
- Experience working in monorepos with Git
- Knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions for CICD
- Commitment to Accessibility (a11y)
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) of UIs for an international audience
