Job Description
A ServiceNow Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions across various ServiceNow modules, supporting internal operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize platform performance and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and maintain features across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, HAM, and Procurement.
- Support daily platform operations, including user and group management, ACLs, catalog items, flows, and service portal components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Assist in planning and executing small to mid-sized projects and platform enhancements.
- Automate processes, maintain data integrity, and ensure adherence to platform standards.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and release management activities.
- Work with integrations using REST, SOAP, or IntegrationHub.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow as a Developer or Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- Experience with core modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or Asset Management.
- Solid understanding of scripting JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and business rules.
- Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, or IntegrationHub.
- Basic knowledge of system performance, ACLs, and platform security.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
