Job Description
A Senior Workday HCM Functional Analyst responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing various HR modules within Workday, collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable features for Workday HCM and related modules
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues on the platform
- Evaluate and improve existing Workday solutions and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations
- Mentor and educate peers on Workday functionality and best practices
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience in Workday HCM, with specialization in one or more functional areas
- Advanced-level knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security, report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp and support multiple functional areas within Workday HCM
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage stakeholders and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex Workday functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
