Job Description
A Senior Workday HCM Functional Analyst responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Workday HR systems, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across various HR modules, and ensuring platform efficiency and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable features for Workday HCM and related modules.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues on the platform.
- Evaluate and improve existing solutions, recommending technical enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations and solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience in Workday HCM, with specialization in one or more functional areas
- Advanced-level knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security, report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp and support multiple functional areas within Workday HCM
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage stakeholders and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex Workday functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting and resolving incidents, service requests, and technical issues on the platform
