Job Description
A Senior Workday HCM Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting HR systems and processes within Workday, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize HR applications and ensure they meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable features for Workday HCM and related modules
- Gather requirements, propose solutions, and integrate cross-functional needs with stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues on the platform
- Evaluate and improve existing solutions, recommending technical enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-platform teams to design and implement integrations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience in Workday HCM, with specialization in one or more functional areas
- Advanced-level knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security, report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp and support multiple functional areas within Workday HCM
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage stakeholders and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex Workday functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
