Job Description
A Senior Workday HCM Analyst responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing the Workday Human Capital Management system across various functional areas, collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and implementing technical solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable features for Workday HCM and related modules
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues
- Evaluate and improve existing Workday solutions and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations
- Mentor peers on best practices, functionality, and dependencies
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience in Workday HCM, with specialization in one or more functional areas
- Advanced-level knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security, report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp and support multiple functional areas within Workday HCM
- Strong business acumen with a passion for engaging stakeholders and understanding their needs
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex Workday functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
