Job Description
A Senior Workday HCM Analyst responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Workday HR systems, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and ensure platform efficiency across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable features for Workday HCM and related modules
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues on the platform
- Evaluate and improve existing Workday solutions and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations and solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience in Workday HCM, with specialization in one or more functional areas.
- Advanced-level knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security, report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs.
- Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp and support multiple functional areas within Workday HCM.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage stakeholders and understand their needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex Workday functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting and resolving incidents, service requests, and technical issues on the platform.
