Job Description
The Senior Value Engineer Enablement role involves developing and managing onboarding and upskilling programs for the Value Engineering team at Celonis, focusing on training, content creation, and stakeholder alignment to support customer success and process transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and coordinate onboarding content and programs for VE field and managers
- Create and maintain courses in learning platforms aligned with SME input
- Support and manage onboarding reporting, dashboards, and metrics
- Act as point of contact for new hires and stakeholders in the India region
- Manage sales certification guides, scorecards, and evaluations
- Develop and execute regional upskilling programs to address skill gaps
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking enablement metrics
- Contribute to enablement communications such as newsletters
- Align enablement programs with internal stakeholders across teams
- Provide strategic and operational support for local enablement initiatives
Requirements
- Deep knowledge across the core platform, processes use cases, value realization, and customer success domains required to become a Value Engineer.
- Experience in helping individuals develop via mentoring, teaching, or coaching and developing enablement resources for different audiences.
- Applied Process Industry Knowledge in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives like Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple project scopes, expectations, and timelines with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with a value selling methodology alongside the customer journey, including discovery, qualification, proof activities, and value realization demonstrating the potential value of the Celonis platform.
- Experience guiding customer IT teams throughout their Celonis Platform journey, demonstrating hands-on ability to build Views, AI Co-Pilots, Annotational Builders, etc., to accelerate value realization.
- Ability to confidently communicate to influence senior leaders and effectively manage stakeholder expectations to ensure enablement programs are strategically aligned.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technology to business challenges.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Celonis, Microsoft Power BI, or another data analytics solution.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Celonis Academy and content management systems (CMS) like Seismic.
- Proven experience in onboarding, training, and developing content for customer enablement programs.
- Support and manage onboarding reporting and documentation, ensuring dashboards reflect accurate data and follow-up on onboarding metrics.
- Create and maintain courses in the Celonis Academy and Seismic platforms, aligning with SMEs and Academy to build new content based on field requirements.
- Own all aspects of the annual sales play certifications, including building certification guides, scorecards, and evaluation processes.
- Support strategic alignment with the global enablement team to ensure the right enablement programs are designed within the India region.
- Create and execute local upskilling programs to address regional skill gaps and requirements.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key enablement metrics from Celonis platforms and other analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy and operationalization of analytics.
- Contribute to the bi-monthly VE newsletter by incorporating the latest enablement program updates.
