Job Description
The role involves acting as a strategic advisor and technical architect to help consumer goods clients leverage Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform for process optimization, driving measurable business value, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across various operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map strategic priorities to high-impact Celonis use cases
- Architect solutions connecting data across the value chain to optimize complex ecosystems
- Build data-backed business cases demonstrating operational and financial impact
- Lead value workstreams for pilots and implementations, ensuring process health monitoring
- Guide customers on process improvement and facilitate business value workshops
- Derive improvement measures and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Scale solutions by codifying best practices and mentoring team members
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, managing the end-to-end value journey
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform enhancements based on customer needs
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations, ideally combining time at a CPG company with Management Consulting or Sales Engineering
- Granular knowledge of the CPG value chain, specifically in areas such as Order to Cash, Supply Chain Operations, or Manufacturing
- Proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and driving them to resolution, with the ability to impact the P&L through process improvement and technology deployment
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Kinaxis, BlueYonder, and experience with data visualization, SQL, or Python (considered a strong plus)
- Experience in presenting to and working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to navigate complex internal structures and clearly communicate value to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work with ambiguity and set own direction within an account team to achieve results (builder mentality)
- Degree in Industrial Business Engineering, Computer Sciences, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a similar field
- Ability to travel mainly domestically up to 35%
- Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing, with the ability to build strategic expansion roadmaps
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer use cases to enhance the platform and Apps
