Job Description
The role involves supporting customers in leveraging Celonis Process Intelligence to identify business challenges, build use cases, demonstrate value, and drive process improvements through data analysis and strategic consulting, ultimately enabling digital transformation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and develop Celonis use cases
- Build demos, business cases, and conduct ROI analyses to demonstrate value
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop strategic expansion plans to drive adoption and customer growth
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and application enhancements
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or alternatively in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Hands-on SQL experience and Python is preferred.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across different parts of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem where possible.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
