Job Description
The Senior System Engineer at Celonis is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's global IT infrastructure, automating processes, resolving technical issues, and supporting various IT systems and platforms to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the global IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments.
- Resolve 2nd level IT support tickets raised by internal employees.
- Identify and create maintenance tasks for IT infrastructure and resolve them proactively.
- Manage automation of IT processes, including Azure, Entra ID, and related systems.
- Manage Google Workspace platform, including directory services and scripting.
- Work independently on small IT infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate on the administration of collaboration tools such as Slack, O365, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience in administering and maintaining a SaaS, cloud, on-premises, and client environment comprising of Azure including, but not limited to, Entra ID, Identity Governance, Defender APIs, Powershell scripting, Windows 10, 11, Windows Server 2019, 2022, Linux, Mac OS, and iOS.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft O365 including Teams, Google Workspace, and Cloud Platform.
- Structured troubleshooting and escalation skills to vendors.
- Experience in global infrastructure management including on-premises and Cloud providers.
- Experience in automation of processes in the highlighted areas.
- IT project management skills, including evaluation of new technologies and presentation to Senior Management.
- Experience in administration and use of GitHub repositories.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks including DNS, DHCP, routing, and SSL.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based model to ensure global coverage and timely support.
