Job Description
This role involves working with supply chain experts to develop and promote process mining solutions that address critical supply chain challenges, collaborating with customers and internal teams to shape product strategy and deliver innovative applications in the supply chain domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM Field Teams and act as a thought leader for Supply Chain use cases
- Work closely with customers to solve Supply Chain pain points such as Inventory Management, Logistics, Transportation, Order Management, and Procurement
- Enable the broader GTM organization on Supply Chain messaging and positioning
- Shape the strategic direction of Celonis's Supply Chain market positioning
- Work with technical teams to evolve the platform and deliver innovative solutions
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in operational Supply Chain functions, Solution Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Analytics or comparable roles
- Experience with Supply Chain software solutions usage and or implementation, such as ERP, TMS, WMS, APS or comparable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and create alignment across different functions within an organization
- Proven ability to build technical data solutions like Dashboards and Apps, utilizing Python and or SQL in close collaboration with IT teams
- Track record of working with external customers, leading to successful software implementations and value generated
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience in working directly with customers and account teams to solve Supply Chain problems
- Ability to shape strategic positioning and messaging for Supply Chain market solutions
- Ability to collaborate closely with technical counterparts in Business Apps, Product, and Engineering to evolve the platform and deliver solutions
