Job Description
The role involves leading the deployment and integration of self-hosted, containerized Celonis Process Mining solutions within enterprise customer environments, acting as a technical liaison to ensure successful implementation, user adoption, and platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of self-hosted, containerized solutions within enterprise customer environments
- Translate customer technical requirements to ensure successful deployment and system integration
- Manage real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis platform using APIs and internal tools
- Remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption and clarify technical risks for stakeholders
- Guide customers on authentication, user management, and provisioning best practices
- Analyze customer architecture, recommend optimal containerized solutions, and facilitate deployment
- Collaborate with product development to promote platform reusability and enhancements
- Manage and maintain highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes
Requirements
- Six years of experience in a deployment integration role with at least three years of proven experience deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one specific Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or RedHat OpenShift.
- Proven knowledge and best practices in deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes, ensuring efficient resource utilization and operational stability.
- Proven experience implementing infrastructure as code (IaC), for example with Terraform.
- Experience with Helm or Kustomize.
- Fluency with additional tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Ansible is a plus.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience working with modern tech stack methods including REST and SOAP API management, data ingestion streaming with Kafka or similar technologies, SSO, LDAP, IT security, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with large volumes of data using Python, SQL, and data pipelines or ETL processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of security and compliance topics relevant to enterprise applications.
- Solid experience with project management and a proven customer-centric approach, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with customers.
- The role requires the ability to lead complex technical discussions, analyze customer architecture, recommend containerized solutions, and facilitate deployment.
- The candidate must be able to establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
- The candidate must be able to guide customers on authentication (SSO), user group management (LDAP), and provisioning best practices.
- The candidate must be capable of promoting platform reusability and collaborating directly with product development teams.
