Job Description
The Senior Services Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading and executing process mining implementations, analyzing business processes, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging Celonis technology to optimize customer operations and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Celonis implementation solutions that meet customer needs and address pain points
- Design analyses and execution apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining
- Leverage Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures for process improvement
- Implement Celonis Process Automation to streamline processes and improve conformance
- Monitor KPIs to measure customer success and support continuous process improvement
Requirements
- More than 4-5 years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Experience in supply chain process design and improvement including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and production planning, or in planning and executing related system implementation projects
- Native Japanese language skills and strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics, with willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP and related business processes including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay is a strong plus
- Ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Dedicated and visionary attitude with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and recognized as a quick learner
- Basic knowledge of Profit and Loss statements and balance sheets, or practical experience in financial operations
- Successfully completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field
