Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- As a Senior Pricing Manager at Celonis you’ll build the pricing model for our products and solutions, working with GTM, Analytics, Engineering and Finance teams to develop and test our pricing strategies.
- This position requires strong capabilities in both strategy (analytical prowess, data-driven thinking, creativity, strong business acumen) and execution (conviction and ownership, ability to convert insights into actions, focus on delivering results).
- The successful candidate will be based out of our NYC office, working a hybrid schedule (with a minimum of 3 days/week on-site).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing, delivering and implementing pricing strategies in the enterprise software industry (SaaS).
- Solid experience in data modeling and analyses, statistics, and causal inference. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Proficiency in translating business objectives into models that lead to actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of value-based pricing methodologies.
- Project management experience.
- Background in customer research and interview techniques
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Gemini or Claude for productivity and analysis tasks.
- Master in Economics or related degree subjects covering Marketing and Pricing, Statistics or similar.

- The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
