Job Description
The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers by leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to identify value opportunities, build business cases, and drive process improvements that deliver measurable business impact and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact use cases and value assessments
- Build demos, business cases, and proof-of-value projects to demonstrate potential value
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis platform as a core business transformation tool
- Present value results and strategic insights to senior management and C-level stakeholders
- Provide feedback to product teams to enhance platform capabilities based on customer use cases
Requirements
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL and importantly AI.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across different parts of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and a professional appearance.
- Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain as well as strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
