Job Description
A Senior Management Technology Consultant specializing in AI Process Analytics, responsible for working with strategic customers to identify AI opportunities, design and prototype AI solutions, and drive adoption to deliver measurable business value using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform and advanced AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities within customer organizations
- Design scalable AI-powered solutions combining Process Intelligence platform with modern AI technologies
- Prototype AI solutions and demonstrate their value to stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and innovation sessions to explore AI transformation opportunities
- Partner with customers to ensure successful AI solution implementation, adoption, and value realization
- Develop deep domain expertise in specific industries or business functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, data AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution-architecture or AI roles
- Experience translating business challenges into technical solutions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders
- Good understanding of business processes across sectors such as Supply Chain or Finance with the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases
- Strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders including executives, whether whiteboarding sessions or formal readouts and demos
- Experience prototyping solutions with Python and modern AI frameworks
- Familiarity with Generative AI architectures such as RAG, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems
- Ability to build deep domain expertise in specific industries or business domains such as supply chain or finance and help scale that knowledge across the organization
