Job Description
A legal professional responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and managing supplier contracts across various categories, ensuring compliance and assessing legal risks, within a fast-paced corporate environment at Celonis.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, risk management, data privacy, security, and other departments on contract-related issues.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective and existing suppliers to assess legal risks and compliance.
- Research, develop, and update contract templates and standard terms across supplier categories.
Requirements
- Law degree with at least 5-7 years in procurement or commercial legal matters
- A license to practice law is a plus and will be considered in place of the experience requirements
- Proficient in written and spoken English
