Job Description
The role involves designing and implementing knowledge management solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and AI integration within Celonis' Value Engineering organization, supporting strategic initiatives and enabling effective knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement knowledge management strategies and solutions.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of a central knowledge repository for GTM content and knowledge assets.
- Establish content governance policies and ensure knowledge assets are accurate, current, and well-organized.
- Curate, organize, and optimize knowledge assets for efficient sharing and utilization.
- Collaborate with AI teams to structure knowledge for AI applications and launch AI-driven knowledge solutions.
- Conduct knowledge audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure content relevance.
- Monitor knowledge usage and feedback to continuously enhance knowledge management effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of knowledge management tools and practices through training and change management initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong university degree in Technology Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or a comparable program.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in solution engineering, management consulting, product marketing, market intelligence, business intelligence, information architecture, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing knowledge management or learning solutions, or a combination of expertise in knowledge management strategy and implementation of technology solutions to support knowledge sharing and collaboration, with demonstrated hands-on experience in building knowledge management solutions.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing AI-driven applications is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a proven ability to develop and execute knowledge management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, program management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with content management systems, knowledge base software, and collaboration tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
