Job Description
This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to generate demand and build pipeline within the Public Sector, collaborating with sales, partners, and global marketing teams to achieve growth objectives and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the yearly Public Sector marketing plan aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns across various channels to generate pipeline.
- Plan and manage participation in industry events, webinars, and in-person events to engage prospects and customers.
- Create and scale demand generation programs, including account-based marketing and partner collaborations.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and leverage global campaigns for the Public Sector.
- Enable sales, BDR, and partner teams on marketing campaigns, messages, and programs.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and report on demand generation efforts to optimize results.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing, focusing on the Public Sector
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales, partners, and GTM teams to drive pipeline through campaigns
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across regions and teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
- Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms
- Knowledge of best practices in modern marketing persona-centric and buying committee demand generation, marketing automation, pipeline acceleration, and demand generation funnel
- Experience with diverse marketing tactics such as influencer networks, industry association partnerships, account-based marketing, events, digital, email, and partner marketing to drive demand
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
- Ability to design and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple tactics to achieve pipeline goals
- Experience evaluating and selecting key industry events and roundtables for participation, owning the event strategy from creation to execution
- Experience designing and executing webinars and in-person events to reach prospects and customers
- Experience creating new programs for account-based marketing and pipeline acceleration
- Experience scaling demand creation with partners, leveraging their expertise to increase awareness and create pipeline
- Experience collaborating with global digital marketing teams to execute campaigns via digital channels such as email and LinkedIn
- Experience working with partner marketing to scale demand creation and increase awareness
- Experience working with global campaigns teams to adapt and leverage global campaigns for specific industry marketing
- Experience creating campaigns-in-a-box for specific use cases not covered by global campaigns
- Experience planning and hosting flagship Process Intelligence event series to accelerate opportunities, generate pipeline, and deepen customer relationships
- Ability to enable sales, BDR, and partner teams on campaigns, key messages, and marketing programs
- Experience leading demand generation reporting using marketing analytics to drive corrective actions and achieve targets
- Ability to effectively manage marketing budget to drive new pipeline creation and pipeline acceleration, and to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
