Job Description
The Senior Director of Executive Experiences at Celonis is responsible for developing and managing high-impact executive engagement programs, including the expansion of the company's Executive Briefing Center, to create meaningful interactions with C-suite clients that drive pipeline growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the North America Executive Experiences strategy, including the NYC Executive Briefing Center and other key initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement executive engagement marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Design, develop, and optimize executive experiences to deliver value and position Celonis as a strategic partner
- Manage the execution of the EBC program, including coordinating agendas and logistics for meetings
- Create executive-ready content and narratives in collaboration with account teams and product marketing
- Establish and track KPIs for executive experiences and report on program effectiveness and ROI
- Lead collaboration with global teams to share best practices and ensure consistency in executive experience programs
Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing, executing, and managing high-impact executive engagement programs in the enterprise software space.
- Proven success in leading and driving demand for executive briefing centers (EBCs) or similar executive programs.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams with a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven leadership style.
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across teams.
- Proven track record of effectively working with executive customers and internal executive stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to build consensus and drive strategic executive initiatives.
- Exceptional executive presence and proven ability to engage, communicate, and build rapport with C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies.
- Strategic and analytical thinker who can see beyond the day-to-day activities to help reach executive engagement goals and gather data and metrics to improve outcomes.
- Highly organized, outcomes-oriented, efficient, and expedient under ambitious timelines.
- Demonstrated record of operational accomplishment and exceeding KPIs.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and process, and able to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence in communicating with internal senior stakeholders and customers.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to define and execute the North America Executive Experiences strategy, including the NYC Executive Briefing Center (EBC) and other key executive touchpoints and initiatives.
- Ability to lead collaboration with North America executive GTM leadership, marketing, product, and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement executive engagement marketing plans that align with the North America business objectives.
- Ability to oversee the end-to-end design, development, and continuous optimization of executive experiences, including the EBC, to ensure every interaction delivers value and positions Celonis as a strategic partner.
- Ability to enable and collaborate with Sales teams to build a pipeline of EBC visits in the NYC office and coordinate the overall agenda and logistics for the EBCs to drive successful meeting execution.
- Ability to collaborate with Account Teams and product marketing to develop executive-ready content and narratives based on audience profile, history with Celonis, and industry-specific trends.
- Ability to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all North America executive experiences, and provide regular strategic reports to senior leadership on program effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.
- Ability to act as the North America lead for executive experiences, collaborating closely with the global Executive Briefing Center team and regional leaders to share best practices, influence global strategy, and ensure consistency where appropriate.

- The role is based in New York, with a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 USD, and the total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, commission, equity, benefits, health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off.
