Job Description
The Senior Consultant Supply Chain Management at Celonis leads project teams to implement process mining solutions that optimize supply chain and operational processes, leveraging AI and data analytics to deliver measurable business value and drive digital transformation for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to implement Celonis solutions for supply chain processes
- Translate customer supply chain and operational objectives into high-impact use cases
- Coordinate with Data Operations teams to connect solutions to customer IT environments
- Develop data models, perform data transformations, and build KPIs for process analysis
- Identify inefficiencies in procurement, logistics, production, or inventory processes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and define performance measures
- Quantify business and financial potential and present findings to stakeholders
- Automate tasks to improve supply chain resilience and process conformance
- Manage customer expectations and project planning throughout implementation
- Demonstrate solutions and train customer users to enable long-term supply chain transformation
Requirements
- At least 4 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting within Software Vendors, Consulting firms, or System Integrators, ideally with exposure to supply chain or operations domains
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions data models
- Strong knowledge of data-related languages SQL required, other programming languages such as Python are a plus
- Understanding of supply chain processes e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, production planning, logistics, or inventory management and related financial metrics
- Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, etc., is a strong plus
- Willingness to develop deep expertise on the Celonis solution through continuous learning
- Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers across supply chain, operations, and IT functions
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable program
