Job Description
A Senior Services Consultant at Celonis is responsible for implementing process mining solutions, analyzing business processes, and driving digital transformation for customers by leveraging Celonis technology, including Machine Learning and Process Automation, to identify inefficiencies and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Celonis implementation solutions that meet customer needs and solve pain points
- Design analyses and execution apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining
- Leverage Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures for process improvement
- Implement Celonis Process Automation to streamline processes and improve conformance
- Monitor KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 4-7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
