Job Description
The Senior Consultant at Celonis leads implementation projects to help customers optimize their business processes using Process Mining and AI technologies, leveraging data analysis, modeling, and process insights to drive digital transformation and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology to deliver high-quality solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses, execution apps, and incorporate Machine Learning and Task Mining to automate and visualize processes
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest improvement approaches
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present relevant KPIs to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process efficiencies
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized as a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
- Ability to lead and drive the implementation process while delivering high levels of service to ensure the optimal solution for customers
- Ability to transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Ability to design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enriched with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining
- Ability to analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes, and jointly suggest approaches to overcome them
- Ability to quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs to management
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience conducting value creation workshops and aligning measures to improve process inefficiencies
- Ability to set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
