Job Description
A Senior Consultant role focused on implementing Celonis Process Mining solutions to optimize business processes, leveraging AI and Machine Learning, and driving digital transformation for clients, primarily in French-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design analyses and operational apps, incorporating Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and measure process improvements
- Implement Process Automation to enhance process speed, drive value, and improve conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with customers to ensure long-term value realization and success
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Hands-on experience applying AI ML techniques or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in French and English and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Native fluent French language skills.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
