Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving digital transformation by implementing process mining solutions, developing data-driven insights using SQL and AI/ML technologies, and collaborating with customers to optimize and automate their business processes across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design and implement analyses, operational apps, and machine learning algorithms to improve processes
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvement
- Implement process automation to enhance process speed, drive value, and improve conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Ensure customer enablement for ongoing process optimization and long-term value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Hands-on experience applying AI ML techniques or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized as a quick learner.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
