Job Description
The Senior Consultant at Celonis leads agile project teams to drive digital transformation for customers by developing data-driven process insights and complex data models using SQL. The role involves analyzing business processes across various domains and leveraging Celonis technology to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to accelerate customer digital transformation
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Create complex data models to maximize customer value
- Transform customer data using SQL for process analysis
- Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps with Machine Learning or Task Mining
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvement approaches
- Quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value creation workshops to improve process inefficiencies
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success
Requirements
- Min. 5 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
