Job Description
The role involves leading the implementation of Celonis process mining solutions for clients, translating business needs into technical insights, and driving digital transformation through data analysis, process optimization, and customer training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to implement Celonis solutions and drive digital transformation for customers
- Translate customer strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases through workshops
- Connect Celonis solutions to customer IT environments and perform data extraction
- Lead the implementation of Celonis projects, including data modeling, transformations, and process analysis
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology and collaborate with customers
- Define KPIs, measure success, and quantify business and financial potential of process improvements
- Automate tasks to enhance process conformance and drive value creation
- Manage customer expectations, project planning, and deliver demonstrations and training for users
Requirements
- Four or more years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting within Software Vendors, Consulting firms, or System integrators.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of data related languages such as SQL.
- Willingness to develop strong expertise on a solution through continuous learning.
- Strong consulting skills and ability to interact with various customers, including conducting business workshops and solution demonstrations.
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and quick learner.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
