Job Description
The Senior Business Transformation Consultant Senior Value Engineer at Celonis is a trusted advisor responsible for driving data-driven business transformation by helping customers identify, realize, and expand value using the Process Intelligence Platform, through strategic consulting, value assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Build business cases and demos leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
- Conduct value assessments and facilitate business value workshops
- Identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement using Celonis platform
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core business transformation platform
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in French.
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across different parts of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain as well as strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Ideally, expertise in one or more industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals) with the ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities.
- A degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
- Demonstrated ability to build demos and business cases, leverage industry benchmarks and best practices, and undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects.
- Full responsibility for the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing, with the ability to build strategic expansion roadmaps.
- Ability to facilitate business value workshops, identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement, derive improvement measures, and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Ability to present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
- Strong consulting skills with deep process and industry expertise, combined with analytical skills.
- Experience in solution delivery, including translating customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects.
