Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly autonomous Senior Automation & Integration Engineer to serve as a versatile technical architect across the organization. In this hands-on role, you will act as the “Automation Engine,” directly impacting company efficiency and scalability by orchestrating end-to-end technical solutions. You will be responsible for connecting, transforming, and managing data flows across our entire systems stack through AI-driven automation.
- We are looking for an individual who embodies extreme ownership: someone capable of proactively engaging stakeholders, unblocking challenges, and getting things done.
Requirements
- Deep Automation Expertise: 4+ years building production-grade automation workflows with Make (preferred), n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate. You design multi-step integrations with proper error handling, retries, and auditability — and you write scripts (Python and/or JavaScript) when no-code isn't enough. You understand API-based integrations, data modelling, and how to build systems that hold up at scale.
- Integration Experience: Solid hands-on experience with Software Integration with a real understanding of the underlying data models. Practical experience building or maintaining integrations for various software utilizing mainly REST/SOAP APIs.
- Practical AI Application: Demonstrable experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, including LLM-based agents, to solve real business problems. You can evaluate AI tools critically, build structured POCs, and write clear assessment summaries — you bring pragmatism, not hype.
- “Get it Done” Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated approach with a bias for action. You thrive in fast-paced environments where requirements might change.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven communication skills and the confidence to engage with Finance and P&C stakeholders as well as technical teams, challenge assumptions, and communicate with radical candor.
- Curiosity: Eagerness to learn and quickly acquire new technical skills in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
