Job Description
This role involves managing and expanding relationships with enterprise customers in Switzerland by selling Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, focusing on driving complex sales cycles and delivering AI-enabled process optimization solutions across key industries such as Finance and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing enterprise customer accounts to expand business opportunities
- Engage with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to understand customer needs
- Drive sales of Celonis Process Intelligence platform across enterprise value chain, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain, and industry-specific use cases
- Achieve revenue targets by closing six- to seven-figure deals within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with partners, including consulting firms and SaaS vendors, to support sales efforts
- Lead complex sales cycles by coordinating virtual teams across various functions
Requirements
- Five years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or a proven track record of success and career progression in either domain.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.).
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of key processes and KPIs throughout the entire enterprise value chain in the Manufacturing Industry, particularly within the domains of Finance and Supply Chain.
- Solid understanding of one or multiple of these industries: Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Life Science, and General Professional Services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team.
