Job Description
Support the Business Development team at Celonis by engaging in account research, prospecting, cold calling, and initiating sales opportunities to help drive company growth and develop a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and work alongside the sales team in account research and strategic prospecting
- Identify and source key decision makers within target companies
- Prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails, and social strategies
- Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Participate in the sales cycle to support sourced opportunities
- Present and report progress to sales leaders to ensure growth results
Requirements
- Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
- Ability to work in a structured manner
- Fast learner
- Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
- Curiosity and long-term interest in building a career in Sales
- Native or equivalent proficiency in Spanish
- Business proficiency in English
- At least 6 months of full-time availability for the role
