Job Description
This role involves owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Celonis's data platform solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, market dominance, and strategic growth in the process intelligence industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create product positioning and messaging for global scalability
- Develop sales and marketing materials such as pitch decks, demos, and event sessions
- Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to define market strategies
- Partner with product management to strategize and launch new products
- Drive product adoption through campaigns and content marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies
- Inform product strategy based on buyer behaviors and market insights
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in software product marketing.
- Expertise within the data platforms, ETL, workloads space.
- A proven track record of successfully launching data-focused products.
- Experience in creating product positioning and messaging for global scalability, differentiating products within the market.
- Ability to craft compelling pitch decks, demos, keynotes, and event sessions tailored to the target audience.
- Being the go-to expert on how the product showcases the capabilities of the Celonis platform.
- Utilize sales engagement, market research, and competitive intelligence to dominate the product area market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with the product management team to strategize and launch new products, ensuring ongoing adoption.
- Develop a deep understanding of buyer behaviors, criteria, and influencers to inform product strategies.
- Understand the product’s value proposition and competition, and coach teams on outmaneuvering rivals.
- Work closely with the demand generation team to develop impactful campaigns driving pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce materials such as solution briefs, white papers, blogs, videos, and third-party articles.
- Participate in events, social media, press, and industry analyst engagements to establish thought leadership.
- Excellent communication skills to speak with CXOs across IT and business audiences about technical concepts and requirements.
- Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements.
- Highly logical and analytical, with enthusiasm for connecting ideas and insights.
- Proactive with strong ownership of all workstreams.
- Ability to work in an agile, team-oriented environment, giving and receiving feedback, and adapting as needed.
- A bias towards action and delivering measurable results with a proven record of successful projects.
- A BA or BS degree is required, ideally in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
