Job Description
The role involves designing solution architectures for Celonis' products to support sales efforts, engaging with technical teams at customer organizations, and addressing integration and performance requirements. The architect will also coach consulting teams, develop reusable assets, and contribute to customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- •Lead and define the overall architecture, data and cloud strategy for client accounts
- •Engage with customers to align their strategic objectives with Celonis technical strategy
- •Bridge communication between product engineering teams and client teams
- •Assess customer IT landscape maturity
- •Participate in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases with customer architecture and security teams
- •Coach and guide consulting teams and ecosystem partners on technical implementation
- •Develop reusable assets for consulting teams
- •Create customer-facing position papers and thought leadership presentations
- •Design technical presentations for internal and client stakeholders
Requirements
- •10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a Software vendor Architect role, Top consulting firms, CTO, or Enterprise Architect at a customer.
- •Strong background in Data Architecture, Integration patterns, and Development background in data-related languages such as SQL and Python.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- •Strong technical background with a focus on system integrations, data operations, and automation capabilities.
- •Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions including Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.
- •Fluency in English.
- •MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent in an Information Technology related field.
