Job Description
The Team: Value Engineering is responsible for our largest Fortune 500 customers and owns their transformation journey by working on the very frontier of what’s possible with data and AI on the Celons Platform.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
- AI & Technical & Fluency: Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). You operate primarily as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding.
- Builder Mentality: Comfortable setting your own direction within an account team. Driven to live for customer value , proactively hunting and ideating for highest-impact solutions.
- Process Improvement & Value Realization: Proven expertise in executing process improvements.
- Strategic Program & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs. Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship. Flawless English [and native-level local language] communication with commanding executive presence.
- Domain & Industry: Deep understanding of Financial processes in the public sector domain. You stay continuously updated on business-critical use cases.
- Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
- Must possess an active Security Clearance - Secret or Top Secret is preferred
