Job Description
The Principal Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading the implementation of process mining solutions, developing data-driven insights using SQL and AI/ML technologies, and driving digital transformation for customers across various business processes to maximize value and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design and implement innovative analyses, operational apps, and machine learning algorithms to enhance process transparency
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvement
- Implement process automation to accelerate processes, drive value, and improve conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Support long-term customer success by setting a foundation for ongoing value realization
Requirements
- Seven years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
- Hands-on experience applying AI and Machine Learning techniques or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Very dedicated and visionary attitude with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and recognized for being a quick learner.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
