Job Description
The Principal Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving digital transformation by implementing process mining solutions, developing data-driven insights using SQL and AI/ML technologies, and helping customers optimize their business processes across various functions to maximize value and ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design and implement complex data models and operational analyses to address customer pain points
- Leverage Celonis software features, including Process Analytics, Automation, AI, and ML, to optimize processes
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes through process mining techniques
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
- Implement process automation solutions to enhance process speed, value, and conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Hands-on experience applying AI ML techniques or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in French and English and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
