Job Description
The role involves leading the global People Operations team to standardize HR processes, drive process optimization, ensure compliance, and develop a scalable support model to enhance the employee experience across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global People Partners Team Tier 2, providing coaching and performance management.
- Design and implement a unified, scalable Global Support Model for HR operations.
- Standardize HR operational processes and documentation across all regions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Identify and lead process optimization projects to improve efficiency and leverage technology.
- Collaborate with People Systems team to incorporate process requirements into system design and automation.
- Oversee development and maintenance of Tier 2 knowledge resources and communication practices.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to embed regulatory and labor compliance into processes.
- Lead change management initiatives for new processes and service models.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective process execution and policy guidance.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in People Operations, Shared Services or a related field, with a significant portion of that time spent in a global or multi-regional capacity
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale HR process transformation
- Proven ability to translate high-level business strategy into tactical, standardized, and scalable HR operational processes
- Advanced proficiency with Workday and previous experience with case management platforms such as ServiceNow
- Expert ability to define and interpret key operational metrics
- Exceptional ability to partner, influence, and build trust with diverse, senior-level stakeholders across cross-functional departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex operational and compliance topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven skills in change management methodology, communication planning, and driving adoption of new processes within a complex, globally distributed organization
