Job Description

The role involves leading the global People Operations team to standardize HR processes, drive process optimization, ensure compliance, and develop a scalable support model to enhance the employee experience across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the global People Partners Team Tier 2, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Design and implement a unified, scalable Global Support Model for HR operations.
  • Standardize HR operational processes and documentation across all regions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify and lead process optimization projects to improve efficiency and leverage technology.
  • Collaborate with People Systems team to incorporate process requirements into system design and automation.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of Tier 2 knowledge resources and communication practices.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to embed regulatory and labor compliance into processes.
  • Lead change management initiatives for new processes and service models.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective process execution and policy guidance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive experience in People Operations, Shared Services or a related field, with a significant portion of that time spent in a global or multi-regional capacity
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale HR process transformation
  • Proven ability to translate high-level business strategy into tactical, standardized, and scalable HR operational processes
  • Advanced proficiency with Workday and previous experience with case management platforms such as ServiceNow
  • Expert ability to define and interpret key operational metrics
  • Exceptional ability to partner, influence, and build trust with diverse, senior-level stakeholders across cross-functional departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex operational and compliance topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven skills in change management methodology, communication planning, and driving adoption of new processes within a complex, globally distributed organization
