Job Description
The Partner Sales Director at Celonis is responsible for developing and executing partner-driven sales strategies, managing ecosystem relationships, and driving customer acquisition and expansion through partnerships in the US Public Sector, with a focus on SaaS and process mining solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory partner plans with ecosystem teams
- Drive partner sales activities with field sales and partner account teams
- Guide sales leadership on priority industry partners and facilitate alignment
- Activate industry and partner accounts through ecosystem and partner support
- Identify and promote strategic offerings and campaigns to generate regional pipeline
- Capture and share joint success stories to demonstrate value
Requirements
- 7 years of equivalent experience in Consulting OR as a Partner Manager GTM Manager AE within the SaaS industry
- Sales and ecosystem delivery experience within US Public Sector - Federal
- Experience working with consulting and tech partnerships and understanding their business and value propositions
- Sales commercial experience driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners
- Strong ability to build and navigate long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into consulting offerings and enable partners on Celonis
- Ability to demo Celonis core use cases
- Willingness to travel to meet with partner stakeholders
