Job Description
The role involves leading global partner marketing strategies and operations, managing partner programs, driving demand generation, and developing high-performing teams to strengthen relationships with key partners such as GSIs and technology providers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global partner marketing strategy and operations
- Manage and develop a team of partner marketers
- Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem stakeholders and marketing leadership
- Oversee execution and optimization of partner marketing programs
- Collaborate on demand generation campaigns with regional and field marketing teams
- Create co-branded content, case studies, webinars, and event sponsorships to showcase joint successes
- Plan and execute flagship events like Ecosystem Summit, Celosphere, and Process Intelligence Days
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve partner marketing activities
Requirements
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years in partner marketing, preferably with GSIs, technology partnerships, or SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams with a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven leadership style.
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across regions and teams.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, joint go-to-market motions, and partner program design, including partner marketing frameworks such as to, with, and through partner marketing.
- Experience marketing partner-developed apps and scaling programs to drive market demand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms.
- Fluency in English.
- This role involves travel for partner-facing activities and internal stakeholder meetings.
