Job Description
The role involves leading a team to drive end-to-end customer value journeys by translating strategic objectives into impactful use cases using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, with a focus on financial services, to deliver measurable ROI and foster long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer value journeys, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal of accounts
- Translate customer objectives into high-impact use cases demonstrating ROI with AI-powered process intelligence and automation
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support customers in building strategic expansion roadmaps and driving platform adoption
- Present value realization results to senior management and C-level executives
- Ensure customer success by implementing improvement measures and managing change
- Lead and develop a team of Value Engineers, fostering talent and promoting career growth
- Manage multiple strategic projects across financial services accounts, coordinating resources and stakeholders
- Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to prospects and customers
- Guide customer IT teams through their Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating platform capabilities
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead by example as a previous people manager, including being on the front line with your teams, hands-on in all aspects and a role model for the organization.
- Demonstrate ability to qualify all Value Engineering (VE) engagements, do discovery with customers directly, steer resource allocation efficiently, and champion the value selling methodology with customers.
- Demonstrated business domain expertise within Financial Services such as Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance Claims, Wealth Management, or Financial Crime Compliance, including experience in major strategic transformation initiatives and the ability to articulate a compelling value roadmap that integrates process mining with AI-driven execution, automation, and core system modernization.
- Deep understanding of the strategic challenges facing the C-Suite in Financial Services, including the drive for digital process efficiency and the pressure to reduce manual touchpoints.
- Strong technical acumen regarding technologies used in Financial Services, such as CRM Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, RPA platforms, and cloud-based data architectures, to build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence Platform roadmap.
- Proven experience guiding customer IT teams throughout their Process Intelligence journey, with hands-on ability to demonstrate the power of the Process Intelligence Platform and accelerate value realization by leveraging Celonis AI and Orchestration features, such as building dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows Automation.
- Experience leading the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic programs and projects across multiple Financial Services accounts, including comprehensive management of scope, expectations, timelines, budget, and resource allocation across multiple project teams and individual contributors, and systematically leveraging and coordinating partners from the Celonis Ecosystem to ensure maximum program velocity and value realization.
- Experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated experience following the Celonis value selling methodology throughout the customer journey, including discovery, qualification, value assessments, proofs, and demonstrating the full value potential of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and acting as a change agent for the customer.
- Ability to support engagements with strategic customers and senior stakeholders, including communicating the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives in partnership with sales leadership.
- Ability to create and support strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis Process Intelligence Platform as a business transformation platform within customer organizations to drive adoption and expansion.
- Ability to facilitate business value workshops, support building strategic expansion roadmaps, and present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
- Strong project management skills to lead the delivery of strategic programs and projects, including scope, expectations, timelines, budget, and resource management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to prepare and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders and management.

- Total compensation package will include base salary, bonus, commission, equity, benefits, health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off, with a base salary range of $143,000 to $225,000 USD for the New York location.
