Job Description

The role involves leading a team of Value Engineers to drive end-to-end customer value journeys, helping clients realize strategic benefits from the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, and fostering customer success through value creation, strategic engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Value Engineers to drive customer value journeys from landing to renewal and expansion.
  • Identify, frame, and deliver value to customers by translating strategic objectives into high-impact use cases.
  • Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption, deployment, and renewal of accounts.
  • Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Create and scale value across the customer portfolio by supporting deployment of features and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships as an executive sponsor and host quarterly and executive business reviews.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor talent within the Value Engineering team to ensure high standards and continuous growth.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet sales, renewal, and value delivery targets.
  • Guide customer IT teams through their Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating platform capabilities and accelerating value realization.
  • Prepare and communicate results and value realization to internal and external stakeholders, including management and customers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate your business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain, as well as experience in strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) and the ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap.
  • Experience with guiding customer’s IT teams throughout their Celonis Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of Process Intelligence and proven ability to accelerate value realization by building dashboards, Apps, Action Flows.
  • Plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem wherever possible.
  • Experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate experience of following the Celonis value selling methodology alongside the customer journey including discovery, qualification, value assessment, and PoV s, and demonstrate the full value potential of Celonis Process Intelligence.
  • Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and becoming a change agent for the customer by establishing an operating model and training users for the customer to realize value and renew/expand their subscription with Celonis.
  • Demonstrate ability to qualify all VE engagements, do discovery with customers directly, steer and allocate resources efficiently, and champion the value selling methodology with customers.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, including being on the front line with teams, hands-on in all aspects, and serving as a role model for the organization.
