Job Description
The Consulting Manager at Celonis leads and develops a team of consultants and project managers to deliver successful process mining and AI technology deployments, drive customer value and adoption, and support sales efforts across various industries in EMEA and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of 5-10 Consultants and Project Managers
- Drive successful deployments of Celonis technology across various industries
- Manage project portfolios to ensure timely, high-quality implementations with measurable business impact
- Support sales efforts through project scoping, proposal creation, and customer engagement
- Drive platform adoption by developing comprehensive onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer plans
- Ensure deep product and technical knowledge within the team to provide thought leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and internal teams
- Recruit, motivate, and retain top talent while managing team performance and morale
Requirements
- 10 years of experience delivering highly complex projects as a Program Manager or Program Director, including experience managing professional services teams in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven leadership in leading, guiding, and developing a high-performance team of approximately 5-10 Project Managers and Consultants.
- Experience in recruiting, motivating, and retaining top talent, including managing productivity, morale, and career growth.
- Track record of leading complex transformational programs and extensive experience in project management disciplines, including leading teams of project managers.
- Experience building relationships with Sales teams and involvement in deals, including driving services sales cycles, project scoping, and proposal creation.
- Proven leadership in interacting with senior executive level customers, handling escalations, and navigating challenging situations.
- Strong technical aptitude required to lead and direct consultants in the implementation of complex software such as Process Mining, ERP, or BI tools.
- Ability to manage, forecast, and monitor resource capacity and utilization to maximize services revenue and ensure project success.
- Value-focused mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact, rapid ROI, and platform adoption.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
