Job Description
A Learning Experience Designer at Celonis develops engaging online training content and curricula to empower internal teams and partners, utilizing innovative technologies to convey complex topics and improve business processes through effective education.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and develop engaging online training content for internal audiences
- Manage training curricula and oversee the needs of internal learners within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to identify enablement gaps and define training roadmaps
- Create highly interactive and innovative learning experiences using modern learning technologies
- Project manage the development of training materials and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in the field of e-learning development, instructional design or a related field
- Experience in storyboard scripting and working with authoring tools e.g., Articulate and learning management systems
- Strong communication and writing skills in English
- A flexible, agile mindset that allows you to adapt to changing requests, conflicting priorities, and simultaneous projects on a variety of non-related topics
- Attention to detail to deliver high quality within short timeframes
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- An interest in big data and the game-changing business capabilities it offers
- Creative flair and a curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing things
- A talent and passion for breaking down and conveying complex topics in an intelligible way for different target audiences
- An enthusiasm for new challenges and thinking out of the box
