Job Description

The role involves leading value engineering initiatives for financial services clients by developing data-driven business cases, implementing AI and automation solutions, and driving strategic process transformations to deliver measurable business impact and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an architect for SaaS adoption work-streams within banking accounts, building data-driven business cases with AI and automation solutions
  • Identify and map strategic priorities to banking processes, architecting AI-driven improvement use cases
  • Construct data-backed business cases with ROI estimates and investment needs
  • Lead value discovery, proof-of-value projects, and stakeholder engagement with C-suite and department leads
  • Design and deploy AI-powered feedback systems to surface process friction points
  • Guide process redesigns, automation, and compliance embedding to improve banking workflows
  • Facilitate workshops to score capabilities and benchmark against industry peers
  • Develop multi-year strategic transformation roadmaps and deliver scalable operational tools
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on AI agent development and API integration
  • Manage end-to-end value realization, including business case development, MVP delivery, and securing executive approval

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in banking and financial services, with proven expertise in Management Consulting Strategy Operations Transformation.
  • Granular knowledge of capital markets, self-directed investing, and front-to-back banking processes.
  • Proven track record of managing the full customer lifecycle, including landing new accounts, expanding footprint through strategic upselling, and driving long-term value to ensure high Net Revenue Retention (NRR), organic advocacy, and sustained SaaS growth.
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and drive them to resolution, impacting the P&L through process improvement, AI integration, and scalable technology deployment.
  • Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, SAP IBP, and experience with data visualization tools, SQL, Python, or deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI models.
  • Experience presenting to and working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to navigate complex internal structures and clearly communicate SaaS value and AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Degree in B.S. or M.S. in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Industrial Operations Engineering.
  • Additional certifications in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Analytics are highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving AI landscape, working with ambiguity, and setting direction within an account team to achieve results.

Compensation/salary range: $157,000 - $184,000 USD
