Job Description
The role involves designing and implementing supply chain solutions using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, working closely with customers to optimize their supply chain operations through strategic architecture, solution deployment, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive supply chain solutions aligned with customer strategic goals
- Collaborate with customers' supply chain experts to define target states leveraging Process Intelligence, AI, and automation
- Provide presales support by articulating the strategic value of supply chain capabilities
- Guide solution architecture during project delivery, assess implementation progress, and contribute use case ideas
- Identify and standardize key supply chain use cases to enhance adoption across customer base
- Share success stories and customer impact insights internally and externally
- Collaborate with product teams to inform future development based on customer feedback
- Train internal teams to effectively position and deploy supply chain solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management for enterprises, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful and diverse use cases that have solved real-world problems.
- Experience with the implementation and roll-out of Supply Chain Software or Enterprise Resource Planning tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions, often under demanding deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups, including non-technical audiences.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions that address long-term customer needs.
- The role requires SC clearance.
