Job Description
A Lead Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving customer digital transformation by implementing process mining solutions, analyzing data using SQL and other tools, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize business processes across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology to deliver high-quality solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational applications, incorporating AI and Machine Learning algorithms
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest improvement strategies
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present key KPIs and improvement areas to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
- Establish the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
